Grow Mongolia’s mission is: To introduce Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord to the Mongolian people and disciple Christian Mongolians to carry out the Great Commission.

They carry this mission out in 4 ways:

  • Prayer & Worship

  • Evangelism & Mobilizing Missions Teams

  • Discipleship & Leadership

  • Church Planting

Grow Mongolia currently has three projects that need support. Links to documents covering each project in more detail will be at the end of the page.

Regional Base Initiative

  • Grow Mongolia (GM) has identified 9 key strategic regional locations where we aim to establish long-term ministry hubs to decentralize their efforts, reach unreached areas, and multiply local leaders and movements.

  • For the remainder of 2025, GM aims to acquire land for two ministry hubs, begin building pilot business-integrated centers, and create a funding plan for seven more bases involving the prayer and feedback from several of their partners.

  • These bases enable GM to establish a secure, long-term presence in regional areas, operate multipurpose hubs for training, discipleship, business, and community outreach, safeguard ministry operations through property ownership, strengthen local leadership with culturally relevant approaches, and provide a scalable framework for expanding into other unreached or strategic locations.

  • The total estimated cost for the project is $247,500. This includes approximately $151,000 for the Ulaanbaatar base, covering land purchase, infrastructure development, legal fees, and startup business capital. The Dornod Province base is projected at $74,000 for similar expenses. An additional $22,500 is allocated to account for inflation and rising costs.

  • Any Donation is appreciated.

    Headquarters Proposal

  • Grow Mongolia plans to buy 80-100m² of office space in Ulaanbaatar for $200,000 to serve as a headquarters and support 9 ministry hubs by 2026. Currently, they rent unsuitable residential space, costing over $100,000 and limiting use. Buying will cut costs, improve efficiency, and provide a stable base for growth.

  • The office will serve as a central hub to coordinate and support the establishment of eight additional ministry bases across Greater Mongolia. This will improve ministry operations, program quality, and follow-up efforts, while increasing volunteer engagement and collaboration. Lower operating costs will enhance financial stability and resource availability, leading to greater productivity and a better working environment for staff.

  • $200,000 would cover purchase, renovations, and furniture. Any donation is appreciated.

    Dormitory Project

  • The project’s goal is to buy a dormitory for the daughters of rural pastors in Central Asia who are attending university. This safe housing will allow them to study the Bible and grow in their faith without facing discrimination from Muslim relatives and communities. The facility will also serve as a location for The Lord’s Supper Church Ministry, hosting Sunday worship, English Bible studies, and multi-ethnic community outreach.

  • When daughters of rural pastors move to cities like Bishkek for university, they often face challenges. Financial struggles prevent many pastors from affording proper housing, leading students to live with Muslim relatives or in Muslim-majority dormitories. This situation often results in students facing pressure to convert to Islam and losing their faith. Additionally, The Lord's Supper Church struggles to rent worship space because Muslim landlords frequently refuse to lease to Christian groups. The project's goals are to secure funding by December 2025 and complete the property purchase within two months.

  • The facility will accommodate 12 female students, providing them with a safe and faith-supportive environment. Students will participate in weekly Bible study and prayer sessions while attending their respective churches on Sundays. The facility will also house the full-time and part-time staff of the Grow Mongolia Ministry and partner organizations.

  • The project is expected to have several positive outcomes. Each year, 12 students will gain a safe living environment where they can study the Bible and live as disciples of Christ. The overall effectiveness and quality of ministry operations will improve. The Lord's Supper Church will secure a stable place for worship and disciple-making. Furthermore, Bible study sessions offered in English, Russian, and Mongolian will create opportunities for people from various nations to hear the Gospel. The ministry's impact will be enhanced by the increased participation of volunteers and partner organizations. Finally, reduced operational costs will lead to better resource allocation and financial stability.

  • $180,000 will cover construction and furnishing. Any donation is appreciated.
